How could you use a Life Coach?

I came out of an abusive marriage in pieces. Crammed myself and my daughter into my mother’s home, and had to pick myself up and unpick the survival skills that had become embedded into my body.

I took a mental toughness course and it was amazing.

The mental toughness course that I took was a game-changer for me. After coming out of an abusive marriage, I was in pieces and had to move in with my mother with my daughter. It was a difficult time, but the course gave me the tools to reframe my experiences and get back on my feet again.

One of the most valuable things that I learned was how to challenge my negative thoughts and beliefs. I realized that many of the things I believed about myself were not true, and that I had the power to change them. The course taught me how to replace these negative thoughts with positive, empowering ones. This was a difficult process at first, but with practice, it became easier to do.

Another important aspect of the course was learning how to set and achieve goals. This was something that I had struggled with in the past, but the course gave me a roadmap to follow. I learned how to break down my goals into small, manageable steps, and how to celebrate my successes along the way.

Finally, the course taught me how to cultivate resilience in the face of adversity. This was a particularly important lesson for me, as I had faced so much hardship in the past. I learned how to bounce back from setbacks, and how to stay positive even when things were tough.

Overall, the mental toughness course was a life-changing experience for me. It helped me to become a stronger, more resilient person, and gave me the tools to face whatever challenges come my way.

I love new products in the neurodivergent marketplace, and these ones seem excellently designed. New Glade Counselling has designed a set of cards to help people explore their neurodivergence. So obviously I bought a set for my work.

So I yanked them all out of the box, and am thrilled with them. I figured they will make great blog posts about my own neurodivergences, as well as helping my coachees explore theirs.

Keep an eye out for future posts!
